RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you activated the subscription or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we agree the cancellation of the subscription. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

To be eligible for a cancellation or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The subscription was purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The software has not been used excessively or in violation of the agreed terms of use.

Exclusions:

Certain subscriptions and software services are not eligible for cancellation or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Software or services that are customized or tailored specifically to your requirements.

  • Subscriptions or services that have been activated, fully utilized, or delivered in non-reversible formats.

  • Digital products that are non-returnable due to their nature, such as those involving instant access or downloads.

  • Services rendered that cannot be undone after delivery, or where significant value has already been derived from the subscription.

Discretionary Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse cancellations or refunds if the above conditions are not met. Decisions will be made at our sole discretion, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
